T&T has over the years been contacted by various insurance underwriters about doing Damage Assessment work where an insured bakery’s baking oven and or process system has received damage from flood, fire, water, oil, hurricane, etc.

In this case a T&T engineer will travel to the site to evaluate and provide a detailed written damage report, assess estimated value prior to damage, and do cost estimates for recovery work.  T&T can also provide the actual reverse engineering and remanufacturing work required to satisfy the insured and the insurance company for added value.
