Products / Baking Ovens / Winkler Oven
These photos are from 3 separate Winkler Oven projects completed successfully by T&T. The following issues were identified and resolved over the course of the projects:
- Steam distribution and belt tracking -- The oven belt completely cut through the side of the baking chamber, causing the collapse of the whole side of the oven in the subject area.
- The heat exchanger bed warped upward in the first two sections due to high residual heat. This made the tracking of the mesh belt impossible.
- Incorrectly designed and installed steam injectors caused too much condensation in the steam delivery system that consequently destroyed the structural integrity of the steam zone.
- Complete relocation from one facility to another in another state.
- Complete remanufacture work on a Winkler tunnel oven
The before and after photos demonstrate the extent of damage and its repair progress. Using its on site engineering, T&T completed this repair within the scheduled allocated downtime and within the customer’s budget.
