Baking Ovens > Direct Fired Tunnel Oven

T&T can upgrade direct- or indirect-fired, convection, radiating or impingement ovens. A T&T upgraded oven, with pre-tested baking performance, can be a sound investment for less than half the price of a new oven.

T&T has delivered many direct fired tunnel baking oven lines with the latest technologies on the market and to individual customer specifications. One project featured an oven upgraded from its original F.U.M 4-way cock valve design by utilizing the latest individual burner controls and safety systems.
