Baking Ovens > TL Green Tunnel Oven

This TL Green tunnel oven was upgraded/converted by T&T in 1996 from its original atmospheric combustion type to a premixed type.  A filtered blower system supplied the combustion air to the burners.  In addition, T&T installed new temperature controllers for each zone.

 

The new combustion air system has provided a cleaner air supply and more efficient burner operation.  The oven's baking performance was greatly enhanced after these upgrades were completed, to the great satisfaction of the customer.
