From the mid-1970s through the early 1980s, T&T worked in various Middle Eastern countries installing and commissioning the types of pita bread lines we show here, gaining significant hands-on experience with the field work. During these periods, our client had up to 40 Pita and Samuli Bread lines in countries such as Kuwait, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Now T&T offers these designs to its customers as newly manufactured to meet any specifications.

We also build high temperature Pita Chip ovens, as well as cascading type multi-belt proofers as shown in the photos below.

• We can offer fully automated production lines from 1200 - 2400pcs/hr or larger.
• T&T's highly trained technicians will travel to do all installation and commissioning.
• We provide on-site training programs, user guides, manuals and trouble shooting instructions.
• Our baking ovens can run on oil or natural gas burners.
• With each line, we also provide a list of suggested spare parts.
