Cookie Process and Baking Lines > Warner-Lehara Cookie Oven

T&T offers complete turnkey projects including layout, sourcing of equipment, relocations, upgrades and turnkey startup. This customer previously baked cookies in several rack ovens, but T&T installed a much more efficient tunnel oven system. This change increased capacity, baking consistency and helped improve quality.
