This customer had outgrown its
existing baking capacity in rack ovens and contacted
T&T to turnkey install the tunnel oven featured here.
With no available documentation on this European-built
equipment, T&T reverse-engineered this baking oven
to comply with current North American approvals. The
result was a more user-friendly baking oven for the
customer. The project was commissioned on 5/07/04,
complete with newly designed, PLC integrated, touch screen
type electrical controls on this four burner, 150' long,
steel band oven with turbulence.
